We are seeking an experienced Data Protection & Encryption Engineer to independently manage and deliver an enterprise backup, disaster recovery, and encryption project. The ideal contractor will have strong hands-on experience with Veeam, Zerto, Avamar, Data Domain, enterprise KMS/HSM solutions, VMware, Hyper-V, and storage infrastructure. This role requires someone who can assess an existing environment, implement solutions, troubleshoot issues, perform recovery testing, and document the final configuration with minimal supervision.

This is a hands-on engineering role. The engineer should be comfortable entering a complex legacy environment, discovering how existing integrations operate, documenting undocumented workflows, and independently developing a practical migration plan.

We are looking for an experienced Senior Contact Center Solutions & Implementation Engineer to independently lead the technical delivery of an enterprise contact-center implementation and integration engagement. This is a hands-on contract opportunity for a senior engineer who is comfortable taking ownership of a project from technical discovery and solution architecture through configuration, integration, testing, deployment, stabilization, and handoff. The ideal candidate combines strong software and systems engineering skills with practical experience in contact-center technologies, voice/telephony environments, enterprise integrations, APIs, CRM systems, databases, and cloud-based solutions.
