    Flone Initiative seeks a qualified consultant to provide technical, legal, and policy support to Flone Initiative and the steering committee comprising the Ministry of Investments, Trade and Industry (MITI), the Kenya Bureau of Standards (KEBS), and other stakeholders. The consultant will facilitate policy and regulatory alignment, strengthen institutional coordination, build stakeholder consensus, and develop an implementation guideline for helmet compliance. The goal is to support Kenya's accession to the UN 1958 Agreement and harmonize national motorcycle helmet standards with UNECE R22.06.
