The Human Resource Business Partner will provide end-to-end HR support across Pula, with a strong focus on People Operations, payroll support, business partnering and People reporting. The role will support employees and managers across multiple African markets and will be responsible for ensuring that core People processes are delivered accurately, consistently and on time. This is a hands-on role that requires someone who can operate across both the operational and business partnering aspects of HR.
