This is a direct-entry First Officer role for the Caravan 208B, so the hiring team will be looking for pilots who already hold the right ratings and can prove they are safe, sharp, and professional in the cockpit. Your CV and cover letter need to speak the language of a seasoned pilot, not just a recent graduate.

1. Lead with your licenses and ratings: Put your Kenyan CPL, IR, ME, and Caravan 208B Type Rating right at the top of your CV, clearly and unambiguously. The screener is looking for these specific qualifications, so don't bury them in a list of other details.

2. Quantify your flight hours: State your total flight time prominently, and if you have any multi-engine or turbine time, break it out separately. Even if you meet the 200-hour minimum, showing extra time or specific experience can give you an edge.

Be ready to talk about it in the interview, and weave it into your cover letter to show you have the composure they're looking for.
