We are looking for a Senior Product Manager for our Mobility team to help pioneer the transition to electric transportation in Kenya and beyond. This role offers the opportunity to drive significant customer and business impact through the product implementation of and iteration on key customer experiences, critical engineering systems, internal tooling, and business processes. You'll work with talented cross-functional teams including engineers, analytics engineers, and commercial stakeholders across multiple countries.

This is the seat to take if you want scope beyond a standard People Partner brief. You'd own the people agenda for M-KOPA's largest, oldest, and most established market, with direct access to Kenya's leadership team - real influence over org design and workforce strategy. The team is growing in scope and complexity, and this role has real room to expand as that happens. For someone who's spent years advising senior leaders and wants a shot at broader ownership, this is a well-resourced, high-visibility seat inside a fintech operating at real scale across Africa.

This role involves managing multiple device programs simultaneously, including new product launches and operational improvement projects, while maintaining a 12-month product roadmap. The coordinator will work with internal and external stakeholders to keep workstreams aligned, manage deadlines, and ensure certification and regulatory documentation is up to date. Additionally, the role supports go-to-market planning and coordinates marketing content approvals.
