The Call Centre Monitor will receive incoming calls and respond to enquiries from the public regarding political parties, rallies, and elections. The role involves liaising with ORPP departments, escalating urgent issues, identifying common concerns, and maintaining accurate call records.

This role involves monitoring compliance by political parties with the Constitution, the Political Parties Act, and the Code of Conduct for Political Parties at the constituency level. The monitor will liaise with government agencies, report findings to the County Monitor, sensitize parties and candidates on relevant laws, and prepare reports on party activities during election periods.
