To provide technical agricultural extension services and support to farmers to improve farm productivity, crop quality, sustainable farming practices, and reliable supply of quality raw materials to the company. The Field Extension Intern will serve as the link between the company and farmers by conducting farm visits, providing technical advice, monitoring crop development, supporting farmer training, collecting field data, and ensuring compliance with the company's agricultural and quality standards.

Role Purpose: To safely set up, operate, monitor, clean and perform approved basic maintenance on the continuous hot air nut roaster and its feeding, conveying and cooling systems. The operator is responsible for achieving the approved roast profile consistently, protecting product quality and traceability, controlling yield and preventing fire, contamination and equipment damage.

Set up, operate, monitor, clean and perform approved basic maintenance on the Vertical Form Fill Seal machine and its connected weighing, coding and inspection equipment. The operator is accountable for safe and efficient packing of roasted nuts at the correct weight, with secure seals, accurate coding, correct film and full batch traceability.

Lead safe, efficient and consistent shift production across nut roasting, cooling, seasoning, packaging and related processing operations. The Production Supervisor converts the production plan into daily execution, coordinates people and equipment, controls yield and downtime, and ensures every batch is produced in accordance with approved specifications, food safety requirements and traceability controls.

To supervise quality assurance and food safety controls from receipt of nuts and ingredients through roasting, cooling, seasoning, packing and finished product release. The Quality Supervisor protects consumers and the business by verifying process conformance, controlling nonconforming product, maintaining traceability and ensuring that quality decisions are timely, evidence based and independent.
