The Trusts Consultant is responsible for growing the business revenue by identifying profitable business opportunities and securing sound business deals. The jobholder will also be responsible in development and support of the growth of business distribution structure to ensure that the company achieves its revenue acquisition and retention targets.

The Senior Associate – Business Development Institutional Business will lead the acquisition and growth of ICEA LION Asset Management's non-pension institutional portfolio, focusing on consolidators, trusts, endowment funds, NGOs, and private entities. The role will originate and secure new mandates, build governance-level relationships, and drive sustainable growth in the assets under management. The role will also provide support and oversight on pension mandate acquisition and retention across segregated schemes, umbrella funds, and the income drawdown solution.

This is a full-time, on-site role for ECOP/COP-qualified Insurance Agents based in Nairobi County, Kenya. The role involves engaging with clients to offer tailored insurance solutions, providing advice on available policies, and guiding customers through the process of selecting and acquiring appropriate insurance coverage. Agents are responsible for maintaining accurate records, conducting policy renewals, and ensuring exceptional customer service during all interactions.
