We seek to fill the advertised position with an individual who is analytical, has good organizational skills, and is capable of working independently and as part of a team. The successful candidate should be highly professional, self-motivated and a proven high achiever. Reporting to the Head of Finance, the successful candidate will be based in Nairobi and will be responsible for the following amongst others: Financial Management Support: Assist with recording accounting transactions on SAP Business One, maintaining organized financial records, and ensuring compliance with financial guidelines. Payment Processing: Process and prepare payments according to approved budgets. Audit Assistance: Support internal and external audit preparations by gathering necessary documentation. Compliance: Understand and contribute to ensuring adherence to internal policies and budget restrictions. Reconciliation: Prepare monthly bank reconciliations and petty cash management. Procurement Support: Assist with maintaining procurement records and understanding proper procedures. Logistical Support: Assist in coordinating and organizing program activities and meetings.
