    Job Description

    The County Government of Nyeri is seeking two skilled Charge Hand/Artisans to undertake electrical engineering repairs, installations, and routine equipment checks. The role involves performing any other duties assigned by the supervisor and requires a Trade Test Certificate Grade III in Electrical Engineering. This is a permanent and pensionable position with remuneration as per the Salaries and Remuneration Commission (SRC).

    Key Responsibilities

    • Undertaking repairs in electrical engineering.
    • Undertaking installations in electrical engineering.
    • Routine checks of equipment in electrical engineering.
    • Performing any other duty that may be assigned by the supervisor.

    Required Qualifications

    • Be a Kenyan Citizen
    • Attach ID
    • KCPE and KCSE Certificate – at least D plain
    • Attach evidence Certificate of Good Conduct
    • Government Trade Test Certificate Grade III in the relevant trade area or a Certificate from a recognized institution Electrical Engineering.
    • At least one (1) year experience
