Senga is a logistics software and services company catering to businesses shipping in Africa. 1. Build and maintain relationships with customers and transporters
2. Achieve high customer service and proper transporter management
3. Manage customer transactions including trips and after-sale service
4. Coordinate and oversee the shipment of goods from shippers to customers
5. Communicate with shippers, transporters, and customers to resolve issues and ensure smooth operations
6. Optimise transportation routes to minimise costs and maximise efficiency
7. Communicate effectively and efficiently with customers, transporters and team members
8. Implement process improvements to enhance operations
9. Identify and fix operational issues as they arise
10. Address general customer requests
11. Maintaining exemplary operational records

1. University degree level education with up to 2 years’ post university work experience (start-up experience is a plus)
2. High degree of professionalism
