A leading kitchen and home appliances brand seeks a Junior Executive Business Partner (EBP) to support the E-commerce and Operations leadership team. The role establishes an operating rhythm across the organization by driving clarity, alignment, momentum, and cross-team connection. This is an in-person role with structured onboarding and hands-on coaching.
Key Responsibilities
Leadership Support: Anticipate leadership needs, triage priorities, manage calendars, and ensure alignment with goals and OKRs.
Creative & Operational Reviews: Schedule reviews, manage timekeeping, gather inputs, and track closure of actions.
Program Coordination: Track initiatives, risks, dependencies, and ensure follow-up with owners.
Culture & Events: Plan offsites, all-hands, recognition rituals, and team-building experiences.
Information Stewardship: Manage confidential materials and executive communication.
Cross-EBP Collaboration: Share best practices with other executive support teams.
Logistics & Admin: Deliver high-quality administrative and operational excellence.
Required Qualifications
Degree or Diploma in a related field.
At least 2 years experience in executive support, operations, or project/program coordination (internships/attachments/student leadership accepted).
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
High learning agility and ability to convert ambiguity into structured plans.
Proficiency with Excel, Outlook, Office 365, and task systems (training provided).
