Polytechnic trainers are judged on their ability to turn theory into practical skill. Your application should prove you can teach plumbing systems, not just talk about them.

3. Connect water engineering to plumbing: Since your diploma is in water engineering, explain how that background strengthens your plumbing instruction. Talk about hydraulics, water quality, or system design.
