The Sales Representative will drive member recruitment, customer service, sales, and marketing activities for County Sacco. The role includes client education, handling member queries, executing marketing strategies, building relationships, and supporting business growth through increased Sacco products.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Service: Handle member queries, educate members on new developments, initiate and review the customer service charter.
Selling: Sell and market all Sacco products, prepare presentations, and recruit new members.
Marketing: Prospect for business, execute business growth strategies, implement the annual strategic marketing plan, participate in trade fairs and promotions, and provide activity reports.
Relationship Management: Maintain effective relationships with members, communicate policy updates, conduct field visits to address complaints, and maintain a positive corporate image.
Required Qualifications
Diploma in Marketing, Business, or related field.
Strong communication and customer handling skills.
Ability to prospect, sell, and build professional relationships.
