    Required Qualifications

    • Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) from a recognized institution.
    • A Master’s degree in Education, Leadership, or related field is an added advantage.
    • Valid TSC registration and compliance with TSC professional standards.
    • 5–7 years’ teaching experience in a secondary school, with at least 3 years in a leadership role (HOD, Senior Teacher, Deputy, etc.).
    • Strong understanding of CBC and current education policies.
    • Proficiency in ICT for administrative and instructional purposes.
