The manager ensures financial targets are met, customer satisfaction is maintained, and risks associated with custody services are identified and managed.

The Head of Products (Retail) defines and executes the retail product strategy in alignment with overall business objectives, overseeing the end-to-end product lifecycle from ideation to commercialization. This role leads market research, competitor analysis, and customer insights to inform product strategy, while ensuring products remain competitive, compliant, and responsive to evolving customer needs. The position also involves leading, mentoring, and developing the Product Management team to strengthen execution capability.
