InformAction

InformAction seeks a field-based Video Producer to drive the production of documentary-style content in the field. The role involves filming community screenings, facilitating and recording community dialogue, conducting interviews, and producing short documentaries or video reports that reflect local realities around governance, justice, and social accountability. The position requires both technical skill and a strong orientation toward social justice.

The Field Coordinator is responsible for coordinating the implementation of InformAction's programmes within the assigned region, strengthening community engagement and partnerships, monitoring the human rights and civic space environment, and ensuring quality delivery of project activities in line with organizational priorities and donor requirements. The position supports democratic governance, accountability, peaceful civic participation and protection of human rights, particularly within Kenya's evolving political and electoral context.
