This internship is with the Talent Acquisition Unit (TAU) at the United Nations Office at Nairobi (UNON). The intern will support data analysis, reporting, and record-keeping for recruitment processes, including generating and maintaining documentation, cleaning and visualizing data, and reviewing files for retention or disposal. The role also involves collaborating with the Records Management Team to ensure compliance with organizational guidelines and suggesting process improvements.

The Protocol Officer will supervise the preparation and review of official correspondence, monitor unit performance, and prepare budget proposals. The role involves managing staff, coordinating human resources actions, and analyzing data to support decision-making. The officer will also ensure compliance with financial regulations and foster a collaborative work environment.

The Information Technology Assistant will support the management of UNON's Local Area Network, including wireless and wide area networks, and participate in network projects, security enforcement, and automation. The role involves troubleshooting, documentation, and supervising technical staff, with a focus on network security and emerging technologies.
