The Teacher of Design supports students in developing knowledge and skills in Digital Design and Computer Science by delivering high-quality instruction, designing and assessing learning, and serving as an internal examiner. The role exists to build subject competence, conceptual understanding and holistic growth, enabling students to become confident, responsible global citizens within a safe and supportive learning environment. The successful candidate will report to the Head of Department and work closely with colleagues to deliver inspiring lessons that enable every student to reach their individual potential.

This role involves teaching Economics, Business, and Humanities within the IB Diploma and Middle Years Programme frameworks. The teacher will plan and deliver engaging, inquiry-based lessons, differentiate instruction, and use criterion-based assessments to support student learning. The position also includes homeroom tutoring, mentoring students in Service as Action/CAS projects, and contributing to co-curricular activities.

Providing a nurturing and stimulating environment for young children to learn and grow in order to enhance early development of children, fostering a love for learning and supporting their social and emotional well-being.

Provide an appropriately broad, balanced and differentiated learning experience for students, in accordance with the national curriculum, aims of the school and curriculum policies. Ensure commitment to the ethos and set of values to secure high-quality learning, effective use of resources, and improved standards of learning and achievement for all students. Monitor and support the overall progress and development of students.

The Laboratory Technician will support the science department by preparing materials, equipment, and demonstrations for practical work. The role involves maintaining safe laboratory practices, managing inventory, and providing guidance on laboratory techniques and safety protocols. The technician will also supervise technical assistants and contribute to departmental budgeting and resource planning.
