The Support Services Manager will be seconded to Kiptapkei Environmental CBO for an initial six-month period to establish, strengthen, and directly manage the organisation's finance, human resources, administration, and compliance functions. The role provides strategic oversight and hands-on support, ensuring effective financial management, robust internal controls, compliance with donor and statutory requirements, timely financial reporting, sound payroll administration, and effective performance management systems. A key responsibility is to build institutional capacity by mentoring and coaching local staff, strengthening organisational systems, and embedding sustainable policies and accountability mechanisms.

The IT function enables the organization to achieve its mission through the delivery, support and continuous improvement of technology products, platforms and services used globally. This role will be responsible for the quality assurance of application releases through thorough execution of integration, functional and regression testing of SCI's core business applications, minimizing bugs, issues and failures being identified post release.
