    Job Description

    The HCM Application Support Analyst will support clients using the company's HR and payroll software, troubleshooting issues, resolving tickets, assisting with system testing, and providing user guidance and training when needed.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Troubleshoot and resolve application support issues.
    • Investigate, document, and escalate software defects.
    • Support clients with inquiries related to HCM, payroll, and HRIS systems.
    • Assist with QA testing and system updates.
    • Create and maintain Knowledge Base documentation.
    • Provide occasional training to clients and internal teams.
    • Ensure confidentiality of client information.
