Show You Can Handle Multi-Channel Support

This role is all about juggling calls, chats, and emails while keeping your cool. Hiring managers want proof you can switch channels without dropping the ball.

    1. Highlight your channel fluency: On your CV, list the specific channels you've handled—phone, chat, email—and give an example of a time you managed multiple at once. If you've used CRM tools, name them.

    2. Prove your tire knowledge: Even if you're not a car person, show you can learn product details fast. Mention any experience with technical products or your ability to research and explain specs clearly.

    3. Show your problem-solving in action: Prepare a story about a tricky customer issue you resolved. Focus on how you diagnosed the problem, what steps you took, and the outcome.

    4. Emphasize your language skills: Since French and English are key, be ready to demonstrate both. If you have certifications or have used them professionally, highlight that.

    5. Get comfortable with KPIs: This role tracks performance metrics. Talk about times you met or exceeded targets, like call handling time or customer satisfaction scores.

    6. Practice your active listening: In the interview, show you can listen without interrupting and repeat back what the customer said. That's a skill they'll test.

    7. Show you're a team player: You'll collaborate with team leads and escalate issues. Give an example of when you worked with a team to solve a problem or improve a process.

    8. Bring energy and a growth mindset: They want someone enthusiastic and willing to learn. Talk about a time you picked up a new skill quickly or asked for feedback to improve.

CareerSasa Safety Alert: Never pay employers or agencies for interviews, training, or job placement. Does a job request payment? Report it immediately using the "Flag" button. While CareerSasa vets job postings thoroughly, always verify opportunities independently.
