Show Data-Driven Campaign Wins Before You Walk In

This role lives and dies by performance metrics. Hiring managers will probe how you've improved CTR, CPC, and ROAS in past roles, so bring numbers to the table.

    1. Quantify your campaign results: On your CV, list specific campaigns you've run with concrete numbers: e.g., 'Increased ROAS from 2.5 to 4.0 in six months.' Use metrics like CTR, CPC, CPL, and conversion rates to show impact.

    2. Master the tools mentioned: Be ready to discuss your hands-on experience with Google Analytics, HubSpot, and Meta Business Suite. If you lack experience, take a quick course to get certified.

    3. Prepare a case study: Walk through one successful campaign from start to finish: objective, strategy, execution, and results. Highlight how you used data to make decisions.

    4. Show international client experience: Since the role supports US clients, emphasize any cross-border or remote work. Discuss how you managed time zones and communication.

    5. Understand the full funnel: Be ready to explain how you optimize landing pages and user journeys to convert clicks into leads. Mention A/B testing and user experience principles.

    6. Stay current with trends: Mention recent algorithm updates or new ad formats you've explored. Show you're proactive about learning.

    7. Communicate clearly: Practice explaining complex metrics to non-marketers. You'll need to report to stakeholders who may not know digital jargon.

    8. Ask smart questions: In the interview, ask about their current campaign performance, target audience, and tools they use. This shows genuine interest and strategic thinking.
