3. Talk about classroom management with warmth: Kindergarten teachers need to keep order without crushing curiosity. Describe a time you calmed a tantrum, redirected a disruptive child, or built a routine that made the class run smoothly. Concrete stories beat generic claims.

4. Highlight your first aid and child care skills: With little ones, safety is everything. If you have first aid certification, put it in a dedicated skills section. Mention how you handle bumps, allergies, or emergency drills — it reassures the school you can keep their kids safe.

5. Show your tech comfort: You'll need computer literacy for lesson planning and reporting. Mention any tools you use — Google Classroom, MS Word, or simple apps for tracking student progress. If you've made digital report cards, say so.

6. Bring your creativity to the interview: Expect to be asked to lead a mini-lesson or describe a craft activity. Prepare a simple, engaging activity using everyday materials. Show how you'd adapt it for different learning styles — that's what they're probing.

7. Connect with the school's Christian ethos: Mirema is a Christian school, so they value spiritual development. Mention how you'd incorporate values like kindness, honesty, and gratitude into your daily teaching. Keep it natural, not preachy.
