Master the Art of Case Management in High-Volume Litigation

This role sits at the heart of fast-paced U.S. employment litigation. Hiring managers will look for proof you can juggle deadlines, draft clean documents, and keep cases moving without dropping a ball. Show them you already think like a litigation paralegal.

    1. Showcase your e-filing fluency: Highlight your experience with state and federal e-filing systems. Mention specific courts you've filed in and any volume you handled. If you've used PACER or similar, say so.

    2. Prove your drafting precision: Bring samples of pleadings, discovery requests, or correspondence you've drafted (redacted). Explain how you ensured accuracy and consistency. Emphasize your proofreading process.

    3. Demonstrate case calendar mastery: Describe how you track deadlines and manage litigation timelines. Give an example of a time you prevented a missed deadline. Mention tools like Litify or Salesforce if you've used them.

    4. Highlight your research skills: Talk about your experience with LexisNexis or Westlaw. Give a specific example of a research project that supported a case. Show you can find relevant case law quickly.

    5. Show you understand U.S. wage & hour law: Even if your experience is limited, explain your familiarity with concepts like overtime, minimum wage, and class action procedures. Reference any relevant coursework or certifications.

    6. Emphasize your bilingual edge: While the posting requires advanced English, your bilingual ability is a plus. Mention how you can communicate with diverse clients or translate documents if applicable.

    7. Prepare for behavioral questions: Expect questions about handling pressure, prioritizing tasks, and maintaining confidentiality. Prepare STAR stories that show your organizational skills and attention to detail.

    8. Research Solvo Global and the role: Understand their client base and the nature of the litigation they support. Tailor your application to show you're ready to hit the ground running in a high-volume environment.
