    Additional Information

How to Apply: Send your CV and 1 paged cover letter to info@ab-entheos.co.ke with the subject line: Training Coordinator - [Your Name]. Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.

Show You Can Build Field-Ready Training

This role is about equipping field officers to handle sensitive verification work. Your application should prove you can design practical, scalable training that sticks in real community settings.

    1. Lead with your curriculum portfolio: Hiring managers want to see actual training materials you've built. Attach samples or links to facilitator guides, assessment tools, or session plans you've created. If you don't have samples, outline a mini-curriculum for a field officer onboarding in your cover letter.

    2. Quantify your training reach: Instead of saying 'trained many officers', give numbers: 'trained 200+ field staff across 15 counties in 2 years'. This gives scale and shows you can handle national coordination.

    3. Highlight community-based experience: This role demands community sensitivity. Mention any work with local communities, especially in rural or underserved areas. Share a specific example of adapting training to local contexts.

    4. Prepare for facilitation questions: Expect to be asked how you handle difficult trainees, low engagement, or language barriers. Have a concrete story ready that shows your coaching style and adaptability.

    5. Show your monitoring skills: Training doesn't end at delivery. Be ready to discuss how you measure learning outcomes and use feedback to improve programmes. Mention any tools or methods you've used, like pre/post tests or field observations.

    6. Emphasize travel readiness: The role requires extensive travel across Kenya. Reassure them you're flexible and have experience working in different regions. Mention any specific counties you've worked in.

    7. Align with the mission: This is about claims verification with community sensitivity. Show you understand the importance of accuracy and consistency in field data. Connect your training approach to these values.

    8. Polish your cover letter: The 1-page cover letter is your first screen. Make it specific: why this role, how your background fits, and what you'd bring. Avoid generic phrases—show you've researched AB Entheos and the sector.
