The Training Manager will lead the global training agenda for BURN's Electric business, ensuring consistent, effective, and commercially relevant training across markets. The role owns training content, standards, rollout, and performance tracking, while providing functional guidance to in-country Training Officers who remain under their respective Country Managers. The role will ensure training supports not only employee capability, but also product usage, customer adoption, repayment where applicable, customer experience, and accurate carbon messaging.

The role supports the Finance function by ensuring accurate and timely financial transactions, reconciliations, reporting, invoicing, payments, tax compliance and audit requirements. It also involves maintaining proper financial documentation, supporting internal controls and procedures, and assisting with cash planning and statutory reporting.

This is a delivery-focused role rather than a development role, with responsibility for accurate payroll processing, timely statutory filings, and a clean handover at the end of the assignment.

BURN is seeking a Company Ombuds to serve as the single, named point of intake and ownership for whistleblowing reports and grievances across all markets. The role receives concerns, opens and manages each as a tracked case, coordinates the appropriate response, and drives every matter to a documented, fair resolution. The Ombuds conducts investigations directly for cases within scope, or assigns them to the relevant internal function, and manages the case through to closure. The role also surfaces recurring themes and systemic risks to senior leadership and the Board.

BURN is seeking a Carbon Project Manager to manage Article 6.2 bilateral carbon projects in Kenya through their full certification cycles, from inception to field execution, audit management, and issuance of carbon credits. The role involves close collaboration with the Carbon Technical Team and other internal specialists, ensuring consistent execution standards across BURN's cross-market Article 6.2 portfolio. The position may also require direct management of projects in other markets while based in Kenya.
