The Assistant Supply Chain Management Office will support the procurement and stores functions at Jeremiah Nyagah National Polytechnic. The role involves assisting in the preparation and implementation of the Annual Procurement Plan, processing purchase requisitions and tender documents, and maintaining accurate records. The position also includes inventory management, supplier evaluation, and ensuring compliance with procurement laws and institutional procedures.

The Internal Auditor will be responsible for planning and executing internal audit assignments, reviewing internal controls, and ensuring compliance with laws and regulations. The role involves auditing financial, procurement, stores, payroll, and operational systems, preparing audit reports, and monitoring implementation of recommendations. The auditor will also conduct investigations into suspected fraud and irregularities, and liaise with external auditors and management.

The Driver will be responsible for the safe and timely transportation of passengers, goods, and materials. This role involves vehicle inspection, basic maintenance, record keeping, and route planning to ensure efficient operations. The driver must adhere to all traffic laws and company policies, and respond appropriately to emergencies.

The Supply Chain Management Officer will be responsible for planning and coordinating procurement of goods, works, and services, ensuring compliance with procurement laws and regulations. The role involves managing supplier contracts, inventory, and stores operations, as well as supporting the development of procurement policies and procedures.
