The Compliance Analyst will perform AML/CTF/CPF compliance responsibilities including implementing the company's AML/CTF/CPF compliance program, conducting investigations and analysis, and responding to Money Laundering/Terrorism Financing/Proliferation Financing (ML/TF/PF) cases. The role also involves identifying points of compromise and potential loss.

The Digital Marketing & Paid Media Specialist will drive scalable business growth by leading end-to-end demand generation, digital acquisition, and conversion strategies across all channels. This role plans and executes integrated marketing campaigns, optimizes digital journeys, and generates high-quality leads that translate into measurable revenue outcomes. Leveraging data-driven insights and collaboration with sales and product teams, the specialist ensures effective lead generation, improved conversion rates, and continuous optimization of the marketing funnel.

As a front-line sales Lead you will play a critical role in Network's success as you directly interact with customers, understand their needs, and influence their purchasing decisions. You will often be the first point of contact for customers and need to be knowledgeable, persuasive, and customer focused to effectively represent the organization and achieve sales objectives. The role holder will play a critical role in driving the Network's POS adoption and usage in the market.

The role supports OPS Africa by coordinating inputs from regional commercial teams and key support functions into accurate, executive-ready materials for planning, market development, performance reporting, and strategic initiatives, while using AI, automation, dashboards, and structured analysis to improve quality, reduce manual effort, and accelerate insight generation.
