The assistant will act as a local liaison between the photographer and the community, ensuring smooth operations and effective communication.

This role is responsible for implementing and adhering to Coffee Sales Standard Operating Procedures, covering all aspects of coffee sales from reception and milling to dispatch, invoicing, and payment recovery. The position involves regular stock reconciliation, generating invoices, preparing coffee proceeds schedules, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. The role also includes dispatching sale statements to growers and maintaining inventory for the Quality and Marketing departments.

The Supervisor leads the Property Executive Tele Sales team and provides oversight to the Research function.
