Show Governance Readiness in Your Application

This role sits at the heart of village-level governance, so your application should demonstrate that you understand how county governments and village units interact. Hiring managers will look for evidence of administrative competence and a genuine commitment to public service.

    1. Tailor your CV to governance: Highlight any experience with community development, public administration, or working with government structures. Use specific examples of coordinating meetings, managing records, or supporting local decision-making.
