    Job Description

    The Assistant Corporate Communications Officer will support the Agency's communication functions by managing reception services, handling visitor and telephone inquiries, and assisting with the implementation of communication policies. This role ensures a professional front-office experience and efficient information flow.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Collecting and collating data for the development, implementation and review of corporate communication policies, strategies, regulations and procedures
    • Manning the reception desk and switchboard
    • Maintaining a good ambience in the reception area
    • Profiling visitors and issuing visitors' passes
    • Responding to visitors' queries and telephone inquiries
    • Screening and directing visitors to designated offices and areas
    • Recording and confirming visitors' appointments
    • Maintaining a daily record of visitors' details
    • Receiving correspondence delivered at the reception and dispatching it to the relevant office
    • Receiving and reporting customer complaints
    • Distributing relevant Agency brochures to customers
    • Attending to telephone calls and logging them into the incident management system

    Required Qualifications

    • Diploma in any of the following disciplines: Customer Care, Public Relations, Mass Communications, Customer Service, International Relations and Diplomacy, Communication Management and Development, Event Management, Front Office, or equivalent qualification from a recognized institution
    • Proficiency in computer applications
