ADMI is looking for a lecturer who can both create and teach. Your application should prove you understand the digital content landscape and can translate that into classroom success.

2. Curate a portfolio of your best work: Include examples of video, podcasts, and social media campaigns you've led. Show measurable results like audience growth or engagement.
3. Prepare a sample lesson plan: Outline a session on content strategy, covering objectives, activities, and assessment. This demonstrates your ability to structure learning.
4. Show your platform expertise: Be ready to discuss algorithms for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and podcasts. Explain how you've used them to grow audiences.
5. Connect theory to practice: In your cover letter, link your content creation experience to teaching methods. Show how you'll help students apply concepts.
6. Highlight your industry network: Mention any brand collaborations or media contacts. This can open doors for student projects and internships.
7. Emphasize your adaptability: Digital media changes fast. Show that you stay updated with trends and can adjust your teaching accordingly.
