Build a Creator Pipeline That Scales
This role is about more than just recruiting—it's about building a system that attracts, activates, and retains creators. Hiring managers will look for evidence that you understand the full funnel from awareness to first sale.
1. Show you know creator economics: Explain how you've previously helped creators monetize or grow their audience. If you've worked with educators or coaches, highlight that. Use numbers: how many creators you onboarded, their average time to first sale, or revenue generated.
2. Prove your social media chops: Share examples of videos or campaigns you've created for TikTok, Instagram, or YouTube. Even if they were for a personal project, show you understand what content drives engagement and sign-ups.
3. Demonstrate data-driven thinking: Talk about a time you tracked metrics like sign-ups, active users, or churn and used that data to improve a process. Mention specific tools you've used (e.g., Google Analytics, social media insights, spreadsheets).
4. Highlight relationship-building skills: Describe how you've supported creators or partners through onboarding, troubleshooting, or celebrating wins. Give an example of a creator you helped achieve a milestone.
5. Show you can recruit and manage ambassadors: If you've run a referral program, ambassador network, or affiliate system, explain how you recruited, trained, and motivated them. Share any metrics on their performance.
6. Talk about improving user journeys: Walk through a time you identified a friction point in a sign-up or sales process and worked with a team to fix it. Be specific about the problem and the outcome.
7. Mention your experimentation mindset: Describe how you've tested different channels (social, events, partnerships, ads) to acquire users. What did you learn? How did you scale what worked?
8. Connect it to education: Since Hekima focuses on educators and creators, share any experience or passion you have for learning, teaching, or edtech. This shows you understand the mission.
