Show Your Campaign Results, Not Just Your Certificates

ADMI wants a lecturer who can prove they've run real campaigns, not just talk theory. Your portfolio and ability to break down performance data will carry more weight than any certification.

    1. Lead with your portfolio: Bring 2-3 case studies that show measurable results—CTR, conversion, ROAS. Explain what you did and why it worked.

    2. Prepare a mini-lesson: You may be asked to teach a sample class. Pick a topic like 'Optimizing Google Ads' and show how you'd explain it to beginners.

    3. Know the tools inside out: Be ready to discuss the latest features of Google Ads, Meta Ads, and analytics platforms. Show you can troubleshoot common issues.

    4. Connect theory to practice: Emphasize how you'd help students apply concepts to real client projects. Mention any experience supervising student work.

    5. Show your teaching style: Highlight any prior teaching or mentoring experience. Explain how you adapt to different learning levels.

    6. Stay current: Mention any recent courses, webinars, or certifications you've completed. Show you're committed to continuous learning.

    7. Understand the local market: Discuss the digital marketing landscape in Kenya or Africa. Show you can tailor content to local businesses.

    8. Ask smart questions: Inquire about the curriculum, student demographics, and how success is measured. This shows genuine interest.
