Saif Real Estate is seeking an Agency Sales & Partnerships Manager to build and manage a network of external agents and agencies. This role focuses on developing structured onboarding processes, establishing relationships with high-performing agencies and independent property consultants, and executing strategies to drive sales through external partners. The position is based in Nairobi, Kenya.

Reporting to the Specialist, Strategic Risk, the Manager, ESG provides strategic and technical leadership for the continuous development, implementation and quality assurance of FSD Africa's Environmental and Social Performance Management (ESPM) System across investment activities. The role is accountable for shaping FSDAi's approach to ESG risk management and impact, ensuring ESG considerations strengthen investment decision-making, portfolio performance and long-term development outcomes, while remaining aligned with evolving market practice, investor expectations and organisational priorities.

The Manager, Disasters, Climate and Crises (DCC) provides strategic leadership and manages the Africa Regional DCC Department, encompassing coordination of operations, coordination of programmes, and technical services including Anticipatory Action, Climate, Disaster Risk Reduction, Community Engagement and Accountability, Migration, and Cash and Voucher Assistance. The role ensures that IFRC-supported operations and programmes are coherent, high quality, locally anchored, and aligned with Strategy 2030, the Renewal, and the Africa Unified Plan. The Manager positions IFRC Africa as a leading humanitarian and resilience actor on the continent, shaping regional agendas on preparedness, anticipatory action, climate adaptation, migration, and integrated resilience.
