Key Responsibilities
- Design and deploy mobile data collection solutions ODK, KoboToolbox, SurveyCTO, CommCare
- Manage cloud infrastructure databases, dashboards, file storage, automations
- Build and maintain internal web tools, APIs and analytics dashboards
- Enforce cybersecurity, data protection and backup policies
- Provide L2/L3 IT support across the organisation
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT or related
- 4+ years experience including cloud AWS/GCP/Azure and database administration
- Strong skills in Python, JavaScript/TypeScript and SQL
- Experience with BI/visualisation tools Power BI, Tableau, Looker, Metabase
- Familiarity with statistical/data analysis tools R, Stata, SPSS is a plus
- Knowledge of GDPR / Kenya Data Protection Act
