Key Responsibilities
Research and Development
- Manage end-to-end research projects in applied technology and innovation.
- Conduct sensory evaluations and beverage formulation trials.
- Support customer-focused product applications from concept through commercialization.
Product Development and Application Recipes
- Develop and refine new product recipes using scientific and sensory data.
- Retest existing formulations to improve functionality, shelf-life, and market acceptance.
- Apply food science principles to improve taste, texture, and stability.
Portfolio and Ingredient Management
- Maintain adequate stock of standardized collection products and raw materials.
- Validate ingredient functionality in final products through testing and shelf-life studies.
- Ensure accurate and timely documentation of experiments, procedures, and results.
Laboratory Operations
- Conduct hands-on lab work, data analysis, and report compilation.
- Maintain laboratory standards, cleanliness, and equipment calibration.
- Collaborate across departments to support pilot runs and scale-up processes.
Cross-functional Collaboration
- Work with internal teams and external partners to align R&D outcomes with commercial goals.
- Support marketing and sales teams with technical product information.
- Provide training and mentorship to junior researchers and interns.
