    Job Description

    The Regional Manager will oversee operations in the Coast Region, ensuring effective program delivery and stakeholder engagement. This role requires strategic leadership, budget management, and resource mobilization to support disability advocacy and community-based rehabilitation initiatives.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Oversee regional operations and program implementation
    • Manage budgets and mobilize resources
    • Lead and supervise regional staff
    • Engage stakeholders and advocate for disability rights

    Required Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Social Sciences, Project Management, Healthcare Management or a related field.
    • 5-7 years' progressive management experience, including at least 3 years in a senior/regional supervisory role.
    • Experience in NGOs, health or social enterprise settings.
    • Knowledge of Community-Based Rehabilitation CBR, disability advocacy and working with marginalized groups.
    • Proven experience in budget management, resource mobilization and business portfolio management.
    • Strong leadership, strategic thinking, negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
