    Master the Admissions Funnel

This role is about converting inquiries into enrolled students. Hiring managers will look for evidence you can manage a pipeline, use data to improve conversion, and build trust with families.

    1. Quantify your wins: On your CV, show numbers: how many leads you converted, enrolment growth percentages, or team size you led. Concrete metrics make your experience tangible.

    2. Know your CRM: Be ready to discuss how you've used CRM tools to track leads and report on KPIs. Mention specific systems you've used and how you leveraged data to make decisions.

    3. Show stakeholder skills: You'll work with Heads of School and marketing teams. Prepare examples of how you've aligned different departments toward a common goal.

    4. Understand the school context: Research Enko Education and KISC. Understand their curriculum, values, and what makes them unique. Tailor your answers to show you can represent them well.

    5. Prepare for scenario questions: Expect questions like 'How would you increase enrolment by 20%?' Think about strategies: partnerships, digital marketing, improving the admissions experience.

    6. Highlight customer-centricity: Give examples of how you've gone above and beyond for customers or families. Show you understand the importance of a positive experience from first contact to enrolment.

    7. Show leadership readiness: You'll lead a team. Talk about your leadership style, how you motivate others, and how you've developed team members.

    8. Be ready to discuss KPIs: Know how to set and track KPIs for admissions. Discuss reporting tools you've used and how you've used insights to improve outcomes.
