    Job Description

    This role is responsible for developing and executing annual sales and marketing plans to achieve revenue and occupancy goals. The director will lead sales, marketing, PR, and revenue management teams, and drive sales strategies across corporate, conference, events, leisure, and group channels. The position also involves building key corporate accounts, managing agency relationships, and maximizing revenue across conference and banquet halls.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Develop and execute annual sales and marketing plans to hit revenue and occupancy goals.
    • Drive sales strategies across corporate, conference, events, leisure, and group channels.
    • Lead sales, marketing, PR, and revenue management teams.
    • Build and manage key corporate accounts, agency relationships, and strategic partnerships.
    • Maximize revenue across 16 conference and banquet halls through active pipeline management.
    • Set team sales targets, conversion expectations, and activity standards.
    • Partner with Revenue Management on pricing, inventory, and demand forecasting.
    • Coordinate with F&B and Operations to execute events and banquet packages seamlessly.
    • Oversee brand positioning, social media, PR, digital marketing, and promotional campaigns.
    • Monitor competitor trends, campaign performance, and sales conversions.
    • Prepare budgets, sales forecasts, and monthly commercial reports.
    • Manage client contracts, credit terms, and follow up on receivables with Finance.

    Required Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Hospitality, or Business Administration.
    • 5-8 years of hotel sales and marketing experience in a leadership role.
    • Proven track record in corporate sales, events, and revenue growth.
    • Strong skills in negotiation, networking, forecasting, and team management.
    • Solid grasp of hotel revenue management, digital marketing, and CRM systems.
    • Experience in a large, conference-heavy hotel environment preferred.
