    Master the Hospitality Sales Cycle

This role is all about winning and retaining corporate and hospitality clients. Hiring managers will want to see that you can move a lead from cold call to signed contract without dropping the ball.

    1. Show proof of your pipeline: On your CV, include specific numbers: how many leads you generated, your conversion rate, and the revenue you brought in. For example, "Grew corporate accounts by 30% in one year."

    2. Know the laundry business: Understand the unique needs of hotels and restaurants—turnaround times, quality standards, and volume pricing. Mention any experience with similar service industries.

    3. Prepare a 30-60-90 day plan: Outline how you'll start: first month learning the services and building a prospect list, second month pitching and closing, third month hitting targets. This shows you're strategic.

    4. Practice your pitch: You'll be presenting to hospitality managers. Prepare a crisp value proposition: why your laundry service beats competitors on quality, speed, and price.

    5. Highlight your negotiation skills: Give an example of a tough negotiation where you won a deal without sacrificing margin. This role requires commercial savvy.

    6. Show you're target-driven: Talk about how you've exceeded sales targets in the past. Use metrics like "achieved 120% of quota" to prove it.

    7. Emphasize relationship building: This job is about long-term client retention. Share a story of how you kept a client for years by providing excellent service.

    8. Be ready for a practical test: Some interviews include a role-play or case study. Practice responding to a hotel manager's objection about pricing or reliability.
