    Job Description

    AA Kenya is seeking a Technical Training Officer to develop and deliver technical training programs. The role involves curriculum development, training delivery, and assessment, with a focus on automotive engineering and education. The officer will ensure quality assurance and compliance while continuously researching and developing training materials.

    Required Qualifications

    • Diploma in Automotive Engineering or Education.
    • Technical and Vocational Education and Training TVET.
    • A valid driving license.
    • Defensive driving training.
    • Valid Driving Instructor's with 3-5 years of relevant experience.
    • Driving Class G Qualification Is an added advantage.
    • Conversant with PowerPoint presentations and modern ways of delivering training.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft office application.
    • Creative and innovative.
    • Ability to work with minimum supervision.
    • Research and development skills.
    • Excellent presentation and communication skills.
