    Master the Warranty Claim Process

This role sits at the heart of aftersales, where precision and process discipline keep OEM relationships healthy. Hiring managers will look for proof you can audit, train, and enforce standards without friction.

    1. Show audit experience: Highlight any past work where you audited service processes, identified deviations, and drove corrective actions. Use concrete examples with numbers, like reducing claim rejections by a certain percentage.

    2. Know the OEMs: Familiarize yourself with warranty policies of Mercedes Benz, Suzuki, Volkswagen, Hyundai, Hino, and Sinotruk. Even if you haven't worked with all, show you can learn quickly and adapt to different standards.

    3. Emphasize KAIZEN: Demonstrate your understanding of continuous improvement. Give an example of a process improvement you initiated that boosted efficiency or quality.

    4. Prepare for training scenarios: Be ready to discuss how you would analyse training needs and deliver effective training to workshop staff. Bring a sample training plan or outline.

    5. Highlight ISO knowledge: If you have experience with ISO standards, especially in service environments, detail it. Mention any certifications or internal audit roles.

    6. Show reporting skills: This role involves preparing monthly reports and technical reports. Be prepared to talk about your reporting experience and how you ensure accuracy and timeliness.

    7. Understand dealer dynamics: You'll work with dealers and branches. Share examples of how you've built harmonious relationships with external partners while enforcing standards.
