Next Sun Logistics is establishing its cross-border transit division. We are seeking an entrepreneurial, detail-oriented Lead – Customs Transit & Bond Operations to design, launch, and manage our transit guarantee facilities CB8, COMESA RCTG, and EAC Bonds. This individual will take full ownership of our customs compliance, underwriter relationships, border clearance efficiency, and client billing to ensure seamless, profitable cargo movement across the Northern and Central corridors.

This role leads the end-to-end customer order-to-delivery interface for transport operations, coordinating order execution, distributor engagement, driver deployment, and cross-functional service recovery. The position ensures reliable, accurate, and timely deliveries, transparent customer communication, and disciplined performance improvement to strengthen customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Supervise the day-to-day operations of the project yard by ensuring the safe, efficient and compliant receipt, storage, handling and dispatch of project cargo, including breakbulk, containerized, out-of-gauge OOG, heavy lift and hazardous cargo. The role is responsible for coordinating yard activities, optimizing space utilization, supervising operational staff, enforcing HSSE standards, and ensuring operational excellence to meet customer and business requirements.

We seek a Pricing Manager consultant to join Peach Cars for a 3 month engagement to lead the following: Review how pricing – both listing price and sales price – are determined at present at Peach Cars, as well as the pros and cons of this approach. Work with the Data & Business Intelligence function at Peach Cars to review baseline data around listing and sale price to identify any trends, relationships, etc., on a car-by-car and portfolio basis. Review how others in our space, from valuers to other dealers locally and globally, assess and manage pricing. Design a rapid and replicable approach to identifying both listing and sale prices. Design a test protocol to assess the efficacy of the proposed approach, inclusive of timelines, dependencies, and success metrics. Manage the implementation of the proposed approach in a trial setting. Review the inputs and outcomes of the trial, using both anecdotal and quantitative evidence to understand needed changes to the approach and document these. Iterate on the approach and launch a scaled-up trial across the entire organization, again identifying timelines, dependencies, and success metrics. Work with Product and other stakeholders to build the approach logic into an automated system.

Responsible for processing the opening of customer and supplier accounts in the approved company system. Support the Superuser function as the systems alternative super user – SPOT, EDOC, SARISSA. Processing system update in COMONE and related CRM systems. Management of ANT files in the TMS SPOT and any other related system. File opening procedures, file printing procedures, physical file print outs and files creation and maintenance. File updating procedures all approved steps, inputs e.g. vessel updates. File tracking procedures tracking that all steps are properly updated. Check for compliance of file management to company procedures. Ensure all files are handled with utmost confidentiality and compliance with statutory requirements and company policy. Creation of the invoicing drafts and supporting of the invoicing inputs in the system. ANT customer invoices management. Printing, attachments and systematic dispatching as per SARISSA system and customer specific procedures. ANT supplier invoices management. Processing the retrieval, workflow processing as per company policy. Operationally responsible for all archiving functions at ANT – Physical archiving on and offsite as well as online archiving EDOC. Physical archiving of all ANT files in coordination with all file operators/supervisors. Online archiving of all ANT files in the online archive /record systems EDOC / SARISSA in coordination with all file operators /supervisors. Support the supervisor to oversee the administrative requirements of the ANT facilities and staff and to ensure operations as per company business requirements. Oversee the ordering and distribution of office supplies. Oversee and coordinate with relevant service providers daily maintenance IT, access, security, cleaning schedules. Co-ordinate general approved activities travel/ taxi/ petty cash… for the ANT team. Keep Management updated on staff / facility requirements to enable normal company operations.

Administer import/export plans and processes to optimize service and performance. Perform transactional operational tasks related to import/export in adherence to regulations and internal procedures. Undertake import/export entries and support operational activities as per internal procedures and latest local customs regulations. Prepare calculations for duties, tariffs, price conversions, weight and volume of merchandise imported/exported from/to foreign destinations. Draft, distribute and archive all required import/export documents. Check invoices and shipping documents to enhance accordance with federal regulations. Verify entries to ensure customer requirements are met and suggest routine corrective actions in case of deviations. Ensure export, import and gateway operations are as per business guidelines and compliant with set expectations. Administer IT systems related tasks to provide updated information on shipment. Cooperate with internal functions such as customer service, product, sales, etc. Connect with overseas office to check and verify shipment information. Resolve recurring issues, and suggest enhancements for import/export work methods focusing on increasing effectiveness and efficiency. Explain facts, policies and practices related to job area. Support and interact primarily with colleagues of own sub-function. Develop a network of contacts to build up relationships and strengthen the organizational, product and market knowledge.
