Master the Healthcare B2B Sales Conversation

This role is about converting corporate clients into long-term partners. Hiring managers will look for evidence that you can navigate procurement, HR, and medical decision-makers while building a pipeline that actually closes.

    1. Show you understand the buyer: In healthcare B2B, your buyers are HR, procurement, and HSE managers. On your CV, highlight any experience where you mapped out stakeholder needs and tailored proposals to them. If you have a story about winning a corporate account, tell it with numbers.

    2. Prove your prospecting discipline: The posting stresses structured prospecting. Be ready to explain how you build and segment a target database, and how you track your outbound calls and emails. Mention specific tools you've used, like CRM systems or Excel trackers.

    3. Prepare a mini account plan: Before the interview, sketch a plan for how you'd approach a hospital, insurer, or school. Show you've thought about their pain points and how Plainsview's services (CT, CCU, diagnostics) could address them.

    4. Quantify your wins: Use numbers to show your impact. For example, 'grew account revenue by 20% in six months' or 'closed 15 new corporate clients in a year.' If you don't have exact figures, estimate and label them as estimates.

    5. Know the services inside out: You'll be selling CT scans, CCU services, diagnostics, and wellness programs. Research these services and be ready to discuss how they benefit corporate clients. You don't need to be a doctor, but you should speak their language.

    6. Show you can manage partnerships: The role involves referral agreements and institutional relationships. Talk about any experience you have managing partnerships, even if they're not in healthcare. Highlight your ability to negotiate and maintain long-term relationships.

    7. Be ready to talk about travel: The job requires local and regional travel. Show you're flexible and have a valid passport or are willing to get one. Mention any experience traveling for work and how you manage your time on the road.

    8. Ask smart questions: In the interview, ask about the current client base, the sales cycle, and what a successful first year looks like. This shows you're strategic and serious about the role.
