Detailed Production Scheduler & Material Requirement Planner

The Company seeks to recruit a competent, experienced, and safety-conscious Tractor Driver to support its agricultural and distillery operations in Western Kenya. The successful candidate will be responsible for the safe and efficient operation of tractors and attached implements in the transportation of materials and execution of assigned field and operational activities.

The Production Technician / Machine Operator is responsible for operating production equipment while supporting plant maintenance activities to ensure continuous and efficient manufacturing operations. The role requires technical expertise in mechanical maintenance, welding, fabrication, plumbing, and troubleshooting of production-related equipment. The incumbent will be a member of the production team and will provide maintenance support whenever required.

The Product Marketing Officer (PMO) is responsible for coordinating MICASSO's new product introduction process and showroom excellence programme across the distributor network. The role ensures that every new product moves smoothly from development to launch preparation, distributor rollout, display, and market feedback, while ensuring MICASSO showrooms consistently meet required brand, merchandising, and customer experience standards. The PMO acts as the coordination and control point between Marketing, Sales, Factory, Product, Design, and distributors—tracking deadlines, identifying gaps, and ensuring agreed actions are completed.

The Retail Marketing Supervisor is responsible for the day-to-day marketing execution of MICASSO Tile Plaza, with the primary objective of increasing customer traffic, engagement, qualified leads and sales opportunities. The role owns the Plaza marketing calendar and ensures campaigns, events, partnerships, CRM activities, digital communication and customer engagement initiatives are properly planned, executed, tracked and improved. This is a hands-on execution and coordination role. The successful candidate should be able to take an agreed marketing objective and independently turn it into action without requiring constant supervision.

The Interior Designer – Retail Plaza provides professional interior design consultation to help customers confidently select, combine and visualize MICASSO products within their spaces. The role transforms customer ideas, plans and lifestyle requirements into practical and inspiring design recommendations, helping customers move from: "I don't know what to choose" → "I can see exactly how my space will look." The Interior Designer will support homeowners, architects, designers, developers and project customers with product selection, tile combinations, colour coordination, space planning, mood boards and visualization. The role should ultimately create additional reasons for customers to visit MICASSO Tile Plaza and increase customer confidence, product selection and sales conversion.

Maintain good warehousing and excellent stock management practices for effective inventory control and availability of sellable stock. Ensure OTIFEF (On Time In Full Error Free) loading and delivery of goods to Kisumu & Eldoret depots, Nairobi Feeds Plant, Distributors/Customers including specific farms and one time orders. The FG Warehouse and Distribution Supervisor also manages both company and contracted fleet.
