Show You Can Turn Objectives into Foot Traffic

This role is about execution, not strategy decks. The hiring team wants proof you can take an idea and run with it—coordinating suppliers, events, and digital campaigns to bring customers through the door.

    1. Quantify your campaign wins: On your CV, use numbers to show the impact of your marketing activities. For example, 'Increased showroom visits by 20% through a targeted WhatsApp campaign' is stronger than 'Managed marketing campaigns.'

    2. Prepare a mini-campaign plan: Before the interview, draft a one-page plan for a hypothetical MICASSO Tile Plaza event. Outline the objective, target audience, activities, timeline, and how you'd measure success. This shows you can think like the role demands.

    3. Highlight your CRM experience: If you've used CRM tools or done database marketing, give specific examples. Mention how you segmented customers and what results you saw from targeted communications.

    4. Show your event coordination skills: Describe an event you organized from start to finish. Include how you managed suppliers, invitations, and logistics, and what the outcome was.

    5. Demonstrate your ability to work with sales: This role requires close collaboration with sales teams. Share an example of how you supported lead generation and ensured follow-up, showing you understand the sales funnel.

    6. Talk about your digital marketing chops: Be ready to discuss your experience with social media, paid campaigns, and WhatsApp marketing. Bring examples of content you've created or campaigns you've run.

    7. Show you can handle multiple priorities: The job involves juggling campaigns, suppliers, and events. Give an example of a time you managed several projects at once and how you prioritized.

    8. Prepare questions about the role: Ask about the current marketing calendar, the team structure, and how success is measured. This shows you're genuinely interested and thinking about the role's challenges.
