    For this role, Lamida Solutions is recruiting Financial Advisors to support the expansion of financial and insurance services offered under the Madison Group network.

    The Financial Advisor will play a key role in expanding the client base for financial and insurance services while delivering expert advice to individuals and businesses.

    Required Qualifications

This is a flagship initiative supported by the International Climate Initiative (IKI) of the German Federal Ministry for the Environment. The consultant will work remotely, collaborating closely with consortium partners across Argentina, Brazil, Colombia, Ecuador, Mexico, and Peru, with Nairobi as the primary duty station.The role is ideal for professionals with strong technical knowledge in sustainable mobility and practical experience in gender and equity mainstreaming, capacity development, and monitoring and evaluation. Candidates should also bring strong familiarity with intersectional approaches and “leave no one behind” principles in urban transport and digitalisation contexts.Key Deliverables and Activities1.
