Show Legal Precision and NTSA Know-How

This role sits at the intersection of legal admin and motor vehicle compliance. Hiring managers will look for someone who can handle logbooks with NTSA and keep legal processes moving without dropping details.

    1. Prove your NTSA fluency: If you have handled logbooks or motor vehicle registration before, put that front and center on your CV. Mention specific tasks like executing logbooks, tracking transfers, or resolving NTSA queries.

    2. Show your filing discipline: Legal work lives and dies by document retrieval. Describe any system you've used to organize legal files, whether physical or digital, and how you ensured quick access.

    3. Prepare a legal opinion sample: Even if it's from school or an internship, bring a written legal opinion or memo you've drafted. Be ready to walk through how you structured your argument and cited sources.

    4. Brush up on current legal trends: The role asks you to monitor legal changes. Before the interview, read up on recent Kenyan legal updates relevant to financial services or motor vehicle law, and be ready to discuss one.

    5. Highlight client care skills: You'll be assisting field staff and clients. Give an example of a time you explained a legal concept to a non-lawyer clearly and patiently.

    6. Emphasize your communication: Excellent verbal and written communication is listed. Bring a writing sample, like a report or email you've crafted, and be concise in your interview answers.

    7. Confirm your certificate of good conduct: The posting says it's required once successful. If you already have one, mention it; if not, be ready to apply for it quickly.

    8. Show you're proactive: The role involves gathering legal intelligence. Talk about a time you spotted a regulatory change and flagged it to a supervisor or team.
